FREE DELIVERY

Make sure you are home

 

We offer free delivery within San Antonio, Texas. Orders made outside of San Antonio will take a few days to get there and may be subject to a little extra charge. 

Regardless of where the delivery is taking place, a signature will always be required and for that reason, the product cannot be left in a safe place :(.

 

 

DELIVERY TRACKING & UPDATES

Don't leave it too late!

Keep an eye out for your order via the respective carriers tracking system. You'll find the courier as well as the tracking number specified on your order despatch email.

If you need help with a delivery, contact our lovely support team. They'll be on hand to help.

 

EASY RETURNS

Things happen :(.

For unused items, with their original packaging, you have 30 days to arrange for a return. No questions. Keep in mind that products are checked upon return, so no funny business!

For items that have gone past 30 days, please contact our support team, they are usually pretty good :)

Our big parcels are delivered by Ups Ground and Fedex Ground who have an exceptionally high.
